This gel behaves like a cream for my hair creating soft and touchable curls with none of the hard cast that requires desperate scrunching. The product is quite thick and I tend to dilute it with water before applying. A little goes a long way so use it sparingly. Helps if the hair is soaking wet and I use it after my leave in product. Have not tried it on moist hair yet
